FAQs
— I purchased on of your certifications but I have not received my login information?
Once you enroll in any of our certifications you should receive an email from info@nspa.org with course details and your login information. Please add info@nspa.org to your contact list or white list to help avoid those emails to get blocked by spam or other filters. If you can not find the email in your spam or promotional items folder please email info@nspa.org to obtain your credentials.
–How can I find my where to get my digital certificate?
STEP 1. Claim your badge via Credly. If you haven’t created your free account at Credly.com, you need to do that now so you can claim your badge. Please create the account with the same email address that you use as your username to log into members.nspa.org. If you have logged into Credly before you might need to log out and back in again to get your new badges.
STEP 2. Display your badge! Once you’ve claimed your badge from Credly you’ll be able to share it your email signature, LinkedIn profile, Facebook page, website, blog or other platform.
–If I was a certified coach with Athletes Acceleration will do I need to retake the certification and exam with the NSPA?
No once you are a certified coach with either Athletes Acceleration or the NSPA you will remain a certified coach. If you were certified with Athletes Acceleration before the certifications were merged over to the NSPA you will automatically be certified with the NSPA. Currently, for those certified you will need to make each section of your courses as complete to obtain access. We apologize for this minor inconvenience. You also will have access to your NSPA digital certificate on Credly.com.
–Once I pass the exam will I have access to the course material online going forward?
Yes, once you make a section as complete and/or once your complete an pass the exam you will be able to log into your course and review any or all the material in the certification.
